Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at PowerXPlay! We want to make sure your favorite beverages and energy drinks reach your doorstep quickly and in perfect condition. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days].

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because beverages can be heavy, shipping rates may vary based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Damages, Leaks, and Broken Seals

We take great care in packing our beverages securely to handle transit safely. However, we understand that accidents happen.

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken seals, please take a photo of the condition of the package immediately.

  • Contact our customer support team within [24 hours] of delivery at sales@powerxplay.com with your order number and the photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PowerXPlay is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send the items.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
